When will I receive my order?
For T-shirts and most apparel, products are shipped within 10 business days of art work approval. We offer several rush options for our clients which include: 5-7 day ship, 3-5 day ship and next day. Rates vary so ask our sales associate which one is right for you.
How can I get a Quick Quote?
Simply click on the button below to open up MoxGear’s Quick Quote tool, then follow the prompts to enter your style, color, ink colors, and quantity. When you're done, click "Get Quote" and your quote will be immediately emailed to you!
How is the price determined?
Pricing for each order is based on the product, quantity, and number of ink colors. Additionally, this pricing is all-inclusive, meaning that all set-up costs are already factored into our prices.
Can I order multiple colors of shirts with the same design?
Yes, as long as the ink color does not change. If there is a required ink change, additional charges will apply.
How many do I have to order?
Our minimum order is 20. However, we are able to print your order on any quantity for a small “under minimum” charge. Ask your sales associate for details.
How do I place my order?
Once you have received your emailed quote, there will be a link that you can click which will connect you with one of our sales representatives. Or, feel free to call us and we’ll get your order processed immediately.
What payments are accepted?
MoxGear accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express bank debit cards. If you’re a local client, you may come to the office where we accept cash and checks. When invoiced for a PO, you may pay by check or credit or debit card.
What is your return policy?
? Since every situation is different, please call MoxGear at 512-266-4327 if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Generally, if there is something wrong with your order or if it arrives later than promised, then we'll work to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.
Can I get a price break as my order gets larger?
Absolutely! MoxGear always offers bulk quantity pricing, meaning that as you increase your order quantity, the price per piece will go down.
Where is MoxGear located?
MoxGear is located in the heart of North Austin at 3007 Longhorn Blvd, St. 105. However, even though we are headquartered in Central Texas, MoxGear serves customers all across the United States and Canada!
What are your customer service hours?
MoxGear’s normal store hours are from 9a to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, an associate is available at all times for your convenience. For after hours assistance please email us.
