HISTORY

MoxGear is a Screen Printing and Embroidery company with roots planted firmly in a 20 year foundation in the Ad Specialty industry. Founder/Owner Chance Mock was first exposed to the screen printing in 1990 when his Mother accepted a job selling shirts in The Woodlands, Texas.

Mock made extra money in the summers working with his mother. Helping fold shirts, pulling shirts off the press and loading boxes. It was from this experience that he began to learn the business. Chance also worked with his Mother for many years at the Texas HS Coaches Convention, peddling shirts to coaches, wives and their children. It was there that he really found how much he enjoyed the line of work.

Years later, the wheels of destiny began to turn and Mock found his way back to that convention in the Summer of 2000. Only that time, he wasn't there to peddle shirts, he was there to play in the Coaches All-Star game, where he joined his Father as the only Father-Son combo to win the games MVP.

Chance went on to play at The University of Texas and continued to work with his Mom, acting as a local sales rep for her company. Mock sold shirts to anyone that would give him an opportunity. He sold to Student Gov't campaigns, fraternities, and other campus groups.

In 2008, after his football career ended, Chance decided that he would follow in his Mother's footsteps and begin his own screen printing company in his home; Austin, Texas. That year Chance created MoxGear, a play on the name, "Mock's Gear". He started working out of his home, and has now grown the company to a One Stop shop for Screen Printing, Embroidery and Ad Specialty items.

MoxGear now services clients all across America and is a proud provider of shirts for many professional sports teams, companies and many satisfied individuals!
